Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Plumber Foreman to lead and oversee commercial plumbing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising job sites, coordinating with project managers and estimators, and ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule and specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all plumbing activities on commercial job sites
  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of journeymen and apprentice plumbers
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installations
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Schedule and coordinate work assignments to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
  • Enforce company safety policies and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Plumber certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with job site coordination, project scheduling, and team supervision
  • Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
