- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks
- Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial transactions
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide clerical support and assist with general office tasks

- Proven experience in office management or related roles
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

- Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll is a plus
