Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth daily functioning, and supporting various departments.

*Duties*

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks

- Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records

- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial transactions

- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Provide clerical support and assist with general office tasks

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in office management or related roles

- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices

- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll is a plus
